McCain Calls High School Student A "Little Jerk"

(Raw Story)  --  Senator John McCain greeted a lot of friendly faces when his campaign rolled through Conchord, New Hampshire on Tuesday, but one resident wouldn't let him off so easily.  During a question and answer session, McCain jokingly called a high school student a "little jerk" after the young man questioned the Arizona legislator about his age.

Miss Teen South Carolina, Such As, Can't Answer Question

(POP America)  --  Miss Teen South Carolina is creating plenty of buzz on the Internet after a pitiful display on this weekend's Miss Teen USA Pageant.  When Lauren Caitlin Upton was asked a simple question about why many Americans can't locate the U.S. on a world map, her answer was convoluted and just plain dumb.  Before answering questions about geography, Miss Upton needs to learn how to string a few words together to form a complete sentence first.  By the way, she came in 3rd in the competition.

Clothing Store Ditches Three-Way Mirror; Installs Butt Cam

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (POP America)  --  There's finally good news for men who get tired of being asked by their girlfriends or wives, "Honey, do these jeans make my butt look too big?"

You can now send them to Hub Clothing in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The upscale store has rolled out the revolutionary Butt Cam.  Gone are the days of stepping up to a 3-way mirror and nearly breaking your neck trying to see your lovely derrier.  With this device, all questions are answered in one camera shot.

The Butt Cam is set up outside Hub's dressing rooms and allows everyone around a free close-up of a customer's ass when they go to use it.  The setup also gives employees the freedom to display views of their more confident shoppers on flat screen TV's behind the cash register for the whole store to see. 

The device has been a big hit with shoppers.  Hub employees say the Butt Cam is just as popular with men as it is with women.  No word from the store yet if the Butt Cam has helped boost sales of its jeans.  A pair of jeans at Hub sells for between $135 and $900.

Come To Church, Win A Free iPhone

CORAL SPRINGS, FL (POP America)  --  In yet another sign that our culture has gone iCrazy, churches are now hopping on the iBandwagon. 

Church By The Glades in Coral Springs, Florida has launched a series of iThemed services designed to get people in the door.  Pastor David Hughes came up with the iDea, which runs over the next few weekends. 

First-time visitors to the Baptist church will be eligible to win a $15 iTunes gift card simply by filling out a "connection card."  One lucky visitor today even took home a brand new iPhone.

Hughes admits that his gadget gimmick is a way to bribe people to attend church.  He says he can't tell people about the message of Jesus Christ without getting them in the door first.

It's not the first time Hughes has used gimmicks to boost attendance.  In January, the church bought a billboard on the highway with the head-turning message..."The Bare Naked Truth on Sex." 

In the past 8 years, the church has grown from 500 members to more than 2500 members.

Clay Aiken...Bringing Sexy Back

(POP America) -- Fair warning.  If you refer to yourself as a "ClayMate," you probably shouldn't read this story.  And whatever you do, don't watch the video clips!

In a recent interview with the "Houston Chronicle," former American Idol contestant Clay Aiken paid a compliment to Justin Timberlake.  Aiken called JT "extremely talented." 

While Clay, who is finishing a summer symphony tour, is “not a huge fan of” Timberlake’s latest album FutureSex/LoveSounds, he says, “I’m actually going to do — God help me for saying this — with [the orchestra], a little bit of SexyBack. We’re going to do a little medley of songs that people wouldn’t expect to hear with an orchestra. I know that it’s not going to be cool. I have no problem making fun of myself. I could never pull songs like that off without knowing where my place is, and it’s not as Justin Timberlake. Thank God we have him. I’m happy to be the person who gets the old ladies covered.”

So if Clay can laugh at himself, why can't we join in?  These videos were captured by "ClayMates" during a recent concert in New Jersey. 

Chris Matthews Displays Dirty Old Man Behavior

Is there any doubt that MSNBC's Chris Matthews is on something?  It seems like everytime he gets on the air, he manages to embarrass himself.  A few weeks back, he cussed while coming back from a commercial break on "Hardball."  He even dropped the F-bomb one morning back in April on Don Imus' radio show.  Imus called him out on it, but Matthews was obviously drunk or on something that morning. 

Now comes this.  CNBC's Erin Burnett was giving a market update on "Hardball" when Matthews turned into a dirty old man.
